Muqdisho | QOL | April 12, 2018 –Speaker of Somalia’s lower house parliament Mohamed sheekh Osman Jawari is expected to fully reign in front of the parliamentary session on Thursday.
After along political stand-off in Mogadishu for nearly month, Speaker Jawari met with the President Farmajo on last Sunday night, after discussion they reached political solution which is resignation of the Speaker.
On Tuesday, President Farmajo and Speaker Jawari appeared together in a news conference. Jawari the first time publicly said that he will resign.
President Farmajo praised the Speaker for compromise.
Parliamentary meeting which was due to held on Wednesday delayed for unknown reason, but members of the Parliament confirmed that Thursday is to held the session in which Jawari will address to MPs.
Members of people’s houses and the public expects that today’s session will make end the political instability in Mogadishu.
