–Representatives from the international community have started efforts to pressure on the authorities of the Federal Government and states in order to reach a solution to the conflict that caused the collapse of the election.Since the leaders have not yet reached an agreement even after the meetings as per the government’s communication.

The presidents of the pro-Villa Somalia administrations in Galmudug, Hir Shabelle and Southwest met with representatives of the international community, claiming that talks between Puntland and Jubbaland presidents Said Abdullahi Deni and Ahmed Madobe had failed and that they wanted to return to the region. but the international community has asked them to stay until the issue is solved.

The meeting, which focused on the latest developments in the electoral crisis and the Afasiooni camp conference, concluded with representatives of the international community informing the presidents of Galmudug, South West and Hirshabelle that anyone moving out of Mogadishu would be recognized as “Spoiler” as the election dispute has not yet been resolved.

Meanwhile, representatives of the international community are meeting with the presidents of Puntland and Jubbaland, Said Deni and Ahmed Madobe, today to hear a report on a conference in which the telecommunications government said it could not attend from the Kismayo and Garowe administrations.

Diplomatic sources say the UN envoy to Somalia, James Swan, and Donald Yukio Yamamoto will lead the talks, as well as telephone calls from outgoing federal government officials.

Representatives of the international community have now embarked on a new phase of efforts that could lead to – increasing pressure on Somali leaders and taking over the electoral process as leaders have failed to resolve electoral disputes.

On Wednesday, the Information Minister accused the Puntland and Jubaland governments of not being ready for elections in the country. Osman Dubbe said it was unfortunate that the two presidents of Puntland and Jubbaland did not allow elections! However, a joint statement issued by DG Jubbaland and Puntland stated that it was unfortunate that the federal government had declared the conference a failure, noting that the failure of the conference was the sole responsibility of the outgoing government.

The points of contention include:

1.President Farmajo demanded the establishment of an independent administration in Gedo region, which was not agreed upon

2.Transfer security from the presidency

3To change the electoral commission

4.and that the Outcome of the Conference be Grantor
